Frequently Asked Questions
We are based in Mumbai (India), and we travel all across the world to shoot weddings. Yes we do travel ! All over the world in fact, but you'll have to get us there and give us a place to stay!
The size of the team is decided based on individual requirements. A team of 4 is good enough to capture a wedding in its entirety but we can also get a team of 10 if needed.
Since we take up very limited weddings each year we are usually booked 8-9 months in advance.its only fair we give every enquiry a fair chance to book our dates. Irrespective of how much or how less your film may cost, its a 'first come-first serve' world.
Sorry, we absolutely do not recommend it. Apart from being uneconomical, it may obstruct and tamper with our work. The advantage of a single team is that we will get clean, unobstructed visual frames without local photographers jumping into our frames and ruining the film moments.

Editing a film is a creative process and we take it very very seriously. Each film goes through a series of iterations till we reach a point where we can proudly say " this is our best work till date". It usually takes us 30 - 40 working days to deliver your complete film based on our work schedule.
Yes we offer this service - These are short film of the wedding that you can show at the Reception / Last day. They are a great way to showcase some of the best moments of the wedding instantly to everyone present. However, this is an expensive process (extra equipment and setups are required for an extra editor to produce this) and adds to the final cost of the package.
The expenses for the travel, food and accommodation for the crew members are usually borne by the client unless decided otherwise or factored in as a package deal. In addition, the hard-drives for the final delivery are paid for by the clients too. Any additional days / hours of shooting (not mentioned in contract) are charged extra as per the rates in the contract. There are no other hidden costs.
In the standard package, we deliver three different versions of the wedding film and all the edited digital photographs that include both candid and documentary style
The three versions of films include
- The Trailer (TR) - A 1-2 minute trailer or teaser film that can be released on social networking sites for the friends and family to see, reminisce and cherish.
- The Highlight film (HL) - A 5-10 minute highlight film of the best moments of the wedding on select songs interspersed with the story as narrated by the couple and their loved ones.
- Full wedding Films (FF) - The entire footage of the main events like the sangeet, wedding ceremony etc. in a film format edited minimally on ambient sounds blended with soft instrumental music.
A recent trend has seen quite a number of couples opt for Instagram Reel edit cuts instead of the teasers. This cut is fast paced and edgy and shows the whole ceremony under 30-40 seconds.
It's difficult to determine the total number of images we will be shooting over a typical two or three day wedding. Approximately 2000 - 4500 images are expected to be shot during a typical three-day wedding. All images are given to the client in high resolution JPEG format and all the images are colour and exposure edited. The images are shot both in candid and traditional style.
As a thumb-rule, approximately max 300 images per album can be incorporated into one album. All images are edited (skin blemishes are cleaned and colours are enhanced) and the album is custom designed to suit your requirements. The cost of the album varies depending on the quality and design of printing. (this are commonly excluded in packages)
All original works of art, including pictorial and video works have a copyright protection. This means that the creator of an image/video (in this case, Rejoice Moments) owns the copyright for the same. Hence, RM can use any images/videos on our social media channels for any purpose that we deem suitable. Naturally, these images portray the clients in good light and more often than not, such social media posts are a matter of pride for all the clients and vendors involved. If the couple do not want their images/videos to be shared publicly, this has to specified explicitly at the time Deal.
